Banila Co Triple Wonder Auto Gel Liner

Hi Guys,

I spent money again...

Decided to get this after watching Beautifymeeh Haul video at 7.01 minute mark.

It's the Banila Co Triple Wonder Auto Gel Liner!!!

She was raving about it and ....

Tried this on my eyes and it's indeed a very good liner.

It's long lasting and glides on smoothly.
However, if you want to smoke it out (like eye shadow), do it quick. Once it sets, quite difficult to blend.

I used it over a week and realize on certain days, it flakes off. (Not sure why)

Overall, it's a good eyeliner.

edit: I stopped using this for like 2 weeks and the lead starts to harden. It became very difficult to use and I threw it away as it keeps tagging on my eyelids.

Once you start, you need to keep using it to ensure its "freshness" lol

Summary:

Place of Purchase:

Pros:

1) Good staying power
2) Glides on smoothly
3) Easy to blend
4) Nice intense colours

Cons:
1) Flakes off
2) Difficult to use like eyeshadow
3) Entire gel lead dries up fast

Etude House: Berry Delicious Range

Hi guys,

I  bought some new items from Etude House - Berry Delicious Range.

The packing is so cute, so......I cannot resist myself.  ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ

1) Etude House Lash Perm Curl Fix Mascara

already owned the curl fix mascara in brown and burgundy before adding these 2 colours to my collection.

When I first tried it out, I don't like it at all. The wand shape is so unfriendly. As a hooded lid girl, I need to be extra careful when putting this on. (Smudge eyelid alert!).

However, due to my friend persistent rave about this item. I gave it another go. And....

I am having a love-hate relationship with this mascara. As much as I hate the wand design, I love the formula!

Formula looks wet but dries up fast and holds my mascara curls like magic. I notice that when I am in a rush, I tend to reach for this mascara.

Just need to be careful when using this if you have small hooded eyes like mine.

2) Berry Delicious Cream Blusher

I don't recommend this blusher at all. After seeing reviews online, it seems to be an alright product with interesting formula. I decided to buy it but I HATE it.

The blusher is a cream to powder finish. However, this made my makeup patchy and I felt so out of place the whole day. The worst thing was I tried to cover up with foundation and it got worse. For the price, there are better blushers out in the market. Do not buy!!

Etude House: Play 101 Pencils

Hello,

Today, I would like to share swatches for some Play 101 pencils that I owned.

When the play 101 pencil line was first launched, I was so stoked and can't wait to lay hands on them.

I first purchased #1 which is a pure black and #49 which is a dark brown.

As a single eye + hooded lid human being, I have high requirements for eyeliner. They need to be rub resistant and waterproof.

#1 and #49 managed to live up to that and I was blown away. Downwards spiral for my wallet and *bam* I started to buy more and more and more.

I saw videos of Pony (beauty YouTuber) using them as eyeshadows. To be honest, it's really difficult cos these pencils dries up so fast. When you try to blend them out, it's such a chore and I am worried about all that tugging.

Tried using them on my lips too and they are v drying. So I don't encourage that too.

Also note that, different pencil has different consistency.

#13,#19,#20,#36,#47: Creamy, smooth texture

#1,#2,#4,#5,#6,#14,#49: Started out as smooth texture but as time past, they get less creamy and more dry.

I suggest for staple colour like black or brown, just buy 1 and use them up before getting another. Cos mine is slightly dry now, drawing a simple liner will be reaching "a tug o war stage" soon.

The play 101 pencil line is affordable and of great quality. Their colour range is getting bigger as well.

Definitely, worth a try!

P.S: I had introduced this pencil to my friends and they love it. But, please note that once they dried up, it's hard to spread/draw.

Summary:
Place of Purchase:
Etude House Stores and

Pros:
Long lasting
High pigmentation

Cons:
Drying on the lips
Difficult to use as eyeshadow
Pencil life is not long, dries up fast

Will I repurchase?
Yes

Bella Brush: 24 Piece Set

Hello~

Last year, while surfing Singsale.com , I chanced upon a deal on Bella Brushes.

The 32 piece set was out of stock so I went for the 24 Piece Set instead.

When I receive the parcel, I wasn't impressed by the packaging.

The image on the box looks cheap.

Opening the box, leads to a makeup pouch.

The material feels like a combination of plastic and fake leather.

It doesn't stink though.

However. when I opened the pouch, I am so happy!

Everything arrived intact.
No missing brush. No broken brushes.
YAY~~

What impressed me was the quality of these brushes.

They are so soft. Omg those hairs as I ruffled my fingers through them.

I got to confessed. I would not stop touching them.

They are so nice to touch. I can't stop.

Do note that, this set is a mixture of natural hair and synthetic hair.

More info can be found here

However, when I wash these brushes, I notice there's a slight fall out of hairs from foundation brush, blush brush and the powder brush.

Was slightly turned off considering they are expensive without the deal!?!?!

Nevertheless, these brushes are of decent quality.

The eyeshadow brushes feels soft to the eyelid, grabs good amount of eyeshadow and deposit nicely onto my eyelids.

Bella Brushes even provide a pamphlet that shows you what are the brushes inside the set.
I really appreciate this as this is extremely useful.

Summary:
Place of Purchase:
www.singsale.com

That's all guys. Hope you find this useful in deciding whether to get bella brushes. Bye!
